難しい用語を並べるための専門性ではありません。学習者が理解し、使い、前に進むために役立つ指導をします。Expertise is not there to make lessons sound complicated. It should help learners understand, use English and move forward.
正解を暗記するだけでは、会話で使えるようになりません。自分のことを伝える、相手を理解する、目的を達成する。そのために英語を使う場面をつくります。Memorising answers is not enough. Learners need English to express something personal, understand someone else and achieve a genuine purpose.
文法や発音でつまずいた時は、答えだけでなく、どこで考え方がずれたのかを探します。必要なら日本語も効率的に使い、曖昧さを残しません。When grammar or pronunciation breaks down, we identify where the learner’s thinking diverged, not just the correct answer. Japanese is used efficiently when it genuinely clarifies.
全ての間違いを一度に直すのではなく、今の目標に重要なポイントを選びます。できたこと、改善点、次の練習を一つの流れで伝えます。Not every error needs immediate correction. Feedback prioritises what matters now and connects success, improvement and the next useful action.
緊張しやすい小学生、英検を目指す中学生、海外会議を控える社会人に、同じレッスンを着せ替えて提供することはありません。A nervous child, an EIKEN candidate and a professional preparing for an overseas meeting should not receive the same lesson in different packaging.
活動をたくさんこなすことより、何を学び、どこまで使えるようになったかを大切にします。The aim is not to race through activities. It is to know what was learned and what the learner can now do.

短い日本語の説明で大きな混乱を防げる時、複雑な文法を比較すると理解しやすい時、安心してもう一度挑戦するために必要な時。目的を持って使い、すぐに英語での活動へ戻します。Japanese may prevent unnecessary confusion, make a complex contrast clearer, or help someone feel safe enough to try again. It is used deliberately, then the lesson returns to meaningful English.

間違いを恐れて話せなくなるほど訂正することも、何でも褒めて曖昧にすることも避けます。目標と学習者の状態を見て、タイミングと量を選びます。Correction should not make someone afraid to speak, and praise should not be so vague that it teaches nothing. Timing and amount are chosen around the learner and the goal.
意味が伝わらない点、今日の目標に直結する点を短く修正Brief correction when meaning breaks down or the point directly supports today’s goal
会話を止めず、繰り返し起きた課題をまとめて確認Review recurring patterns without interrupting the flow of communication
